Week 5 task: Making a Rubric

hello everyone..

As weeks flies, the tasks and discussions are getting more intense.. And we are getting more exhausted, right?
But then that's how a student life goes. We need to endure hardships and struggle hard for us to succeed.

For me a Rubric is important in giving assessment to students. For this can be the basis of the criteria they can get on their performances. These must always be integrated on assessment.

The week 5 task is very important thing to be remembered. The learning we acquire while making it becomes more essential and valuable as a future teacher..

Thank you.

Week4: Every end have new beginnings..

hello everyone..

First of all, I want to thank all the people who have viewed my blogspot. I am so overwhelmed when I saw the  view counts on my page. The happiness it brought me is so peculiar, maybe because I have felt that someone out there have spare a little of his/her time to view, read and maybe appreciated my simple work.

For every end have new beginning...

Though the past week tasks and discussions are really a mind blogging and jaw dropping, brain drying thing (hehehe) and very tiring, the learning that I have acquired or gained is very essential for me as a student and useful as a future teacher. The one that ends is the task but the learning is continuous. And I will not get tired exploring the educational technology world ..And I am looking forward for more exciting online activities.

Thank you and Godbless us all..

Week 3 task: A Funtastic Task!

Hello everyone!

"There is only one effective way to teach someone how to do anything,
and that is to let them do it”. -Dr.Roger Schank

I titled this blog as "A Funtastic Task!" because this week 2 tasks is really an awesome project.

I really had a great time making it.Creating the comic strip and the logo is very enjoyable for it shows and develops my artistic side as a person.

I even remember the "Learning by doing.." theory while making this project.
For this activity allows us students to have meaningful, relevant learning experiences that we can able to use in the future.

And the above passage tells it all, one cannot learn if you will not let them do it.

Below are the links for my Comic Strip and search engine logo:

Inner Voice

A piece of paper, a pen and a lousy internet connection.

Earlier today I was on my bed, holding a pen and staring

on a blank sheet of paper.( don't know how to start)
Still sitting doing nothing (still thinking of what to write)
Surfing the web and  reading some blogs.( to get some tips on how to make a blog)

Blog for a class. These can help those students that are not

good in verbal way of communication. This way of class can develop students
writing skills and share more of their thoughts and knowledge through writing.

Creating a blogger account, browsing it's features is

as easy as counting 123 but writing a blog is quite opposite.
I feel pressured because of the fact that
I'm not good in English writing, felt so horrible for
I've been rewriting and rewriting over and over again.
And annoyed because of the slow internet connection.

Though I felt these things there's still an excitement inside,

a feeling of determination to write and accomplish the task.

:)

Thank you very much Ma'am Kaye.

Truly yours,
